Coeur d'Alene Nursery Ammonia Refrigeration System Maintenance and Upgrade

This solicitation and resultant contract require the Contractor to provide all supplies and services specified in the Schedule. The components were installed as a new system in 2003 and have been in operation since 2004. In addition to the software operating system, which is obsolete, mechanical components of many valves and solenoids have become worn over time due to constant operation since 2004.
