The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) intends to competitively award, under a Total Small Business Set-Aside, a new Firm Fixed Price (FFP), indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract for Historical Oral Transcription Services. This effort is in support of the Center of Military History (CMH) in the preservation of oral history through transcription.
