Clemex preventative maintenance and calibration

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) intends to solicit only one source under the authority of FAR Part 13.106-1(b) the Contracting Officer has determined that circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available.  The Government intends to solicit with Clemex Technologies Inc., requesting an FOB destination, firm fixed priced quote for one (1) base and two (2) option years of preventative maintenance and calibration of a Clemex brand ID 5470 - MMT-X7 Dual Automated Microhardness Tester in accordance with attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The NAICS code is 541330 and the Small Business Standard is $25.5M.
