The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Wildlife Services (WS) Guam State Office (WS-GU) intends to award a fixed price service contract to have transects in the Habitat Management Unit (HMU) on Andersen Air Force Base Guam (AAFB) cleared and to provide monthly transect maintenance to keep transects clear.
