The Marine Corps Installations National Capital Region-Regional Contracting Office (MCINCR-RCO), on behalf of the Headquarters U.S. Marine Corps Human Resources and Organizational Management (HROM) Branch, is soliciting quotes for Leadership Training Seminar Services. The Contractor shall provide all labor, management, materials, student workbooks, licensed personality assessments, and fully burdened travel necessary to deliver seven (7) comprehensive, in-person training seminars (conducted at the Pentagon and MCB Quantico) over a 12-month Period of Performance.
