This is the final solicitation.  Soliciation is full and open to all vendors.  This is to accomodate the shortened timeline and to ensure all vendors may apply so that objective may be met.  As instructions were provided to continue to prepare your offer before the amendment and decision was finalized, there is no change to the due date.  This is being solicited as full and open.  If any references remain for a set aside please disregard as all attempts to remove those references have been completed.   Please review all documents as there is a new pricing file.
