The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Pittsburgh District, has a requirement for completing improvements to the existing water distribution system and water treatment plant in the City of Follansbee, Brooke County, West Virginia. The major work of this requirement is: Upgrade existing water treatment plant from 700GPM to 1,000GPM, distribution system work, and water storage tank work. The work shall be completed 455 calendar days after written Notice to Proceed. Per FAR 36.204(f), magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00.
