THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE. The USDA Rural Development Regional Acquisition Division (RAD) has a requirement to procure Circuit Rider Technical Support Services for the USDA Rural Development Rural Utility Service. It is the Government's intention to issue a Firm-Fixed price type contract.
