The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a fixed price purchase order, on a sole-source basis to CIE Solutions (CAGE: 7Q5F7) for (2) CIE Solutions 35kWh HVB Rev A battery units and (1) 13.2kW Charge Cabinet. This procurement is in support of NAWCAD Lakehurst (NAWCAD LKE).

NAWCADLKE intends to procure these items under the authority of 10 USC 3204(a)(1) as implemented in FAR 6.302-1. No solicitation package is available for this procurement.
