THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all labor, materials, transportation, permits, and equipment necessary to perform chemical vegetation control within the Franklin Falls Dam and Blackwater Dam, flood control project areas. The Base treatment areas require herbicide treatment to all vegetation, including but not limited to woody vegetation, invasive plant species, noxious weeds, and/or grasses totaling approximately 45.28 acres. Additionally, the Government may choose to exercise Option treatment areas.
