THIS IS A PRE-SOLCITATION NOTICE. THIS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL OR INVITATION FOR BID. The US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Detroit District is seeking contractors with the capability to provide construction services for Charlevoix Harbor Maintenance Dredging. The project requirements includes: Mobilize dredge to the Charlevoix Harbor, located in Charlevoix County, MI. Dredge will take place within entire channel with open water placement. Demobilize when dredging work is completed. NO SOLICITATION, SPECIFICATIONS, OR DRAWINGS are available for this Notice.
