January 7, 2026 Notification The Government acknowledges the delay in access upon receiving an approved DD2345. The Government is actively working this effort. December 2, 2025 Notification Naval Air Systems Command has elected to require respondents requesting access to the solicitation documents to provide a completed DD Form 2345 to the points of contact in this notice. The form can be found at https://www.esd.whs.mil/Portals/54/Documents/DD/forms/dd/dd2345.pdf.
