The United States Coast Guard Deputy Commandant for Systems (DCS) is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation on behalf of the Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC) to award a firm-fixed-price service contract, as detailed in the attached Statement of Work. This requirement consists of performing all on-site labor and services to upgrade and renew the fire alarm system, including upgrading the existing obsolete Notifier AFP 200 system to a Notifier AFP 320 system and renewing/replacing all designated system components, in support of the USCGC WYACONDA (WLR 75403).
