The United States Coast Guard Deputy Commandant for Systems (DCS) is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation on behalf of the Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC) to award a firm-fixed-price service contract, as detailed in the attached Statement of Work. This requirement consists of performing all on-site labor and services to conduct an overhaul of the anchor windlass in support of the USCGC MORRO BAY (WTGB 106).
