CERC A3 Wallpaper Removal & Paint

The USGS Columbia Environmental Research Center (CERC) has a requirement for wallpaper removal and paint. The project must be completed within 90 days of the notice to proceed. Bonds not required.

There are no option periods.

Request for Quote (RFQ) 140G0124Q0123 will be issued on 3/28/2024 with written quotes due on 4/8/2024. See provision 52.236-17 Site Visit in Section L of the solicitation.

This acquisition is a 100% Total Small Business set-aside. The NAICS Code is 238320. The size standard is $19 million.

The magnitude of construction is less than $25,000.

A vendor must be registered at https://sam.gov/SAM/ to be awarded the contract.
