The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Elkton, OH is issuing solicitation 15B21626Q00000003 for the replacement of various, specified centrifugal pumps which are linked to the existing boilers and deliver heated water to the Federal Correctional Institution.
