AMD01 - The purpose of this amendment is to correct the contract type from NA to Indefinite Quantity and correct the period of performance. Max capacity has been established at $3,000,000.00. This is a non-personal services contract providing all management, tools, equipment, materials, chemicals and labor required to achieve the desired results described herein through the application of herbicides and insecticides at the Three Rivers Regional Lakes of Central Texas, these being Aquilla, Navarro Mills, Waco and Whitney Lakes.
