Central Issue Facility (CIF) Support Services FY-26

The Pennsylvania Army National Guard (PAARNG) requires contractor support services to assist daily operations of the Central Issue Facility (CIF) located at Fort Indiantown Gap, Annville PA.

The contractor shall provide personnel and management necessary to support Organizational Clothing and Individual Equipment (OCIE) operations, including:

• Customer service support
• OCIE issue operations
• OCIE exchange processing
• OCIE turn-in processing
• Clothing sizing and fitting assistance
• Records maintenance
• Warehouse operations support
• Inventory reconciliation support
• Workload reporting
• Accountability assistance
• General logistics support functions
