The Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Criminal Investigation (CI), intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price contract for the 12-month renewal and continuation of Cellebrite digital forensic software, licenses, associated hardware, training, and support. This requirement is being solicited as a 100% small-business set-aside on a brand-name basis for Cellebrite products. Competition is not restricted to a specific reseller.

This notice constitutes the combined synopsis/solicitation. Interested quoters shall review the attached solicitation and Statement of Work for the complete requirements, submission instructions, evaluation criteria, applicable terms and conditions, and response deadlines.
