**Amendment 0001:  The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate the deviated versions of FAR clauses 52.212-5 and 52.212-3 to comply with Class Deviation 2025-O0003, Restoring Merit-Based Opportunity in Federal Contracts.

Additionally, the completed RFI Log will be incorporated into the RFQ on SAM.gov and the due date for quotes will be extended by 7 days, from 31 March 2025 to 7 April 2025.**

Luke AFB is posting this Request for Quote (RFQ) to pursue an acquisition for a Crash, Damaged and Disabled Aircraft Recovery (CDDAR) Trailer. Any quotes submitted in response to this RFQ will be evaluated utilizing lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) procedures. The criteria for technical acceptance can be found in the attached Salient Characterisitcs document. Vendors SHALL INCLUDE pictures, schematics, or design plans with their quote for any proposed CDDAR trailer. Please review all the attached documents for more information.

Luke AFB intends to issue a firm-fixed-price contract for a Crashed Damaged or Disable Aircraft Recovery (CDDAR) Trailer. This notice does not commit the Government to a contract. It is the Government's intent to post the solicitation within 2 days after the synopsis notification. Award of the contract will be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated price meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards to be outlined in the Solicitation.
