The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) intends to issue a solicitation for non-personal engineering services in support of any H-60 Black Hawk aircraft. This service is intended to provide Sole-Source, OEM support to the Corpus Christi U.S. Army Depot (CCAD) for all H-60 aircraft design, overhaul and maintenance tasks. The solicitation will be unrestricted, using Other Than Full and Open Competition, as prescribed by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will satisfy agency requirements.
