Amendment A0001 to RFQ 70B06C26Q00000002 is issued to provide responses to potential offeror's questions and extend the submission due date to January 9, 2026.

This is a requirement for U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s (CBP) Office of Training and Development (OTD) to provide rapport-based interviewing training. Rapport-based interviewing is a collection of skills that allow the interviewer to develop a level of trust with a subject for the purpose of obtaining information.
