The U.S. Navy, Commander, Fleet Activities Chinhae (CFAC), Republic of Korea, intends to establish a fixed-price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for on-site Roman Catholic religious services. Required services include Sunday Mass, Holy Day of Obligation Masses, and Confession at the CFAC Chapel in Chinhae, South Korea. This solicitation is restricted to local contractors capable of providing an ordained Roman Catholic priest in good standing who can perform services in person on a recurring schedule.
