The Contractor shall prepare and deliver meals for 70th Regional Training Institute (RTI) during Officer Candidate School (OCS) phase 1 and 3, and for the Basic Military Police Course (BMPC) Annual Training event for the Maryland Army National Guard. This acquisition will be issued as a 100% small business set-aside under NAICS: 722320- Caterer with a small business size standard of 9.0 million dollars. Offeror must comply with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 19.3- Determination of Small Business Size and Status for Small Business Programs to be considered small business concern under NAICS code: 722320.
