CAT AA AP600 Paver Front Forward Assist Installation

This is a presolicitation notice issued in accordance with RFO 12.201-1(c)(2). Upon closure of this notice, the solicitation will be issued directly to vendors. The requirement is for the installation of a front forward assist for the CAT AA AP600 Paver currently in operation at Malmstrom Air Force Base, as outlined in the Statement of Work. 

This requirement is for a commercial product; therefore, in accordance with RFO 16.201(a), a fixed-price contract type will be utilized. Specifically, a firm-fixed-price contract will be employed in accordance with RFO 16.202-2, as the appropriate fixed-price contract vehicle for this acquisition. Award will be based on a determination of fair and reasonable pricing in accordance with RFO 12.204(a).

All responsible sources may submit a quotation, bid, or proposal, as appropriate, and all submissions will be considered by 341 CONS.
