Amendment 3 - The government is still waiting on all of the submitted questions to be answered. Amendment 1 - Due to the time required for the government to answer the submitted questions, the solicitation date is being extended by 7 days. Quotes are now required by February 2nd, 2026 at 9:00 am EST. An updated Combined Synopsis/Solicitation has also been included as Attachment 1. An additional amendment will follow when all questions are answered.
