The required CPOC services are for functions essential to the completion of background investigations on behalf of the Federal Government. The technical components for this requirement include the following high-level objectives: 1) Telephone and Switchboard Services; 2) Case Processing, to include Application Ingestion, Case Maintenance, Item Level Processing, and Post Closing; 3) Program Management; 4) National Background Investigation System (NBIS) Implementation Support as it pertains to CPOC.
