The GSA intends to award a Design-Build (DB) contract for the Carl B. Stokes U.S. Courthouse Fire Alarm Replacement project in Cleveland, Ohio. The solicitation will use two-phase design-build selection procedures pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 36.101-2 (GSA Class Deviation RFO-2025-36). The project includes the modernization of the primary life safety infrastructure to bring the building’s fire alarm and life safety systems up to current code while ensuring minimal disruption to daily federal operations.
