Carahsoft BPA Sole Source Justification_Updated

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of Procurement Operations (OPO), Information Technology Acquisition Center (ITAC) proposes to award a DHS?wide enterprise Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to Carahsoft Technology Corporation under the General Services Administration (GSA) Multiple Award Schedule (MAS). The BPA will provide DHS Headquarters and Components with a streamlined, enterprise vehicle to procure software licenses, subscriptions, maintenance, and associated services from a portfolio of approximately 70+ original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and technology partners available through Carahsoft?s GSA MAS contract. The originally posted Sole Source Justification was completed and signed before final award and therefore did not reflect the vendors ultimately awarded under the Carahsoft BPA.
