The Facilities Construction R&A East CMT of the United States Postal Service is soliciting proposals for a Roof Replacement project, at the United States Postal Service owned Washington NDC/STC/P&DC 9201 Edgeworth Drive, Capitol Heights, MD 20799-9997, Prince George County.  Please see attached Summary of Work.

The estimated cost of the work is between $15,000,000 to $16,000,000; with construction completion no later than three hundred (300) calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
