AMENDMENT 4 IS FORTHCOMING AND WILL EXTEND THE SUBMITTAL DATE TO 7 AUGUST 2025.  THIS AMENDMENT WILL ALSO PROVIDE AN UPDATE TO THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS.

AMENDMENT 3: 18 July 2025: This Amendment is to add the updated Price Breakout Schedule and to add the updated Wage Rates.
