The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is issuing a Solicitation Notice for Campground Host #1 Services, Winhall Brook Camping Area, Ball Mountain Lake, South Londonderry, VT.

THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Contractor shall furnish all labor for the daily operation and minor maintenance of Winhall Brook Camping Area, located at Ball Mountain Lake.  All services shall be performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. 

This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561990 with a Small Business Size Standard of $16.5 Million.

ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
