ATTACHMENT_A_SYNOPSIS_ AMENDMENT_0002 is a conformed document and replaces _ATTACHMENT_A_SYNOPSIS_AMENDMENT_0001 in its entirety. A summary of changes follows:
Header: inquiry response date extended to 2:00 pm EDT October 18, 2024.
Section 7.4: Addition of the omitted word “AGREEMENT”.
Section 9.1.2: Clarification of the maximum number of pages with the addition of “SF330 Part I pages may not exceed 40 pages (8 – ½ X 11) and total number of Part II pages may not exceed 20 pages (8 – ½ X 11) .”
