The requirement was competed as a 100% Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) set-aside among eligible GSA OASIS+ contract holders under NAICS code 541690. The selection was conducted utilizing a Comparative Analysis evaluation methodology in accordance with the procedures set forth in Solicitation No. HS002126RBOSS. Competition was robust, with seven (7) conforming quotations received. The period of performance consists of a nine (9) month Base Period (inclusive of a two-month phase-in transition period), followed by two (2) subsequent twelve (12) month option periods, with an estimated completion date of June 21, 2029 (assuming full exercise of all option periods).
