The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following: 

Bullfrog target with towable trailer Qty. (1) one package 

This is a sole source requirement because the Bullfrog is the only product available on the market with the specific hull design, HDPE collar, and specific controls necessary to be compatible with existing Navy control system.
