Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for Building Maintenance Services for the Japanese Language Training Center (JLTC) in Yokohama, Japan. The Government may award Purchase Order with Base Year plus four one-year option periods based on the initial quotation without discussion. The resultant contract will be firm fixed price.

The Government is planning a pre-quotation conference and the date for this conference will be in the solicitation.
