Building Exterior Repair Project – FDA Pacific Southwest Laboratory

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has awarded construction Contract 75F40126C00210, resulting from Solicitation 75F40126R00047, to Abide International, Inc., Sonoma, California, for the IRV Exterior Repair Project. The total firm-fixed-price award amount is $1,825,513.00.

The contractor will provide all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, and services necessary to perform exterior and interior repairs at the FDA Pacific Southwest Laboratory in Irvine, California. The work includes corrosion-resistant coating repairs to specified exterior steel elements; non-structural repair of identified exterior wall and interior floor slab cracks; associated floor finish restoration; testing and inspections; closeout activities; and warranties.

The contractor is required to achieve substantial completion within 180 calendar days after Notice to Proceed (NTP), followed by a 12-month workmanship warranty from final acceptance.
