The U.S. Army Contracting Command – New Jersey, Warfighter Support Division, on behalf of U.S. Army Garrison (USAG) Devens Reserve Forces Training Area (RFTA), Devens MA, has awarded Contract W15QKN-25-C-A063 procuring Construction requirement for Building 666 HVAC PTAC System Supply and Installation.

The period of performance for this requirement shall be 180 days from the Notice to Proceed.

This is an 8(a) direct award restricted to Swan Contracting LLC, 8(a)-firm serviced by the New Hampshire District Office, as accepted by the Eligibility Letter IB1746554180B dated 6 May 2025.
