Remove existing asphalt shingle roofing system at building 115 and provide a new metal shingles. Project includes some wood plank deck replacement, new self-adhering underlayment, new metal roof shingles, existing wood soffit and fascia repair and paint, the reinforcement of rafters exposed at soffit, new prefinished drip edge, gutters, and downspouts. Provide a six-nail pattern at each shingle installation. Install in accordance with roofing manufacturers details required to meet manufacturer’s 30-year roof warranty 120 mph wind speed coverage. |
