Amd 0001 to Notice to add the estimated solicitation issue date of January 23, 2026 and estimated response date (bid opening) February 24, 2026 to the notice. The work includes various maintenance access and pipeline isolation improvements along the existing Brine Discharge Pipeline (16-inch to 30-inch diameters).
