The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport’s (NUWCDIVKPT) intent to negotiate a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) sole source bridge contract with Network & Simulation Technologies Inc. dba Netsimco (NETSIMCO), 1 Corporate Place Middletown, Rhode Island 02842-4601.
