This is a Notice of Intent, not a request for proposal.  The National Institute of Health, Clinical Center (NIH-CC) intends to negotiate on an other than full and open competition basis with Railroad Cleaners.

The National Institute of Health (NIH) requires a bridge contract is to ensure continuity of cleaning and laundry services that are essential to continue to protect human safety and human healthcare.
