PRE-SOLICITATION SYNOPSIS Bradford Island Fish Ladder Exit Dredging 2025 The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Portland District intends to issue an Invitation for Bids (IFB) No. W9127N25BA011 for Bradford Island Fish Ladder Exit Dredging 2025. This dredging project includes mandatory and optional work at Bradford Island Fish Ladder Exit, Bonneville Dam Powerhouse 1 Forebay, Cascade Locks, Oregon. Clamshell dredging is required by this contract. Approximately 500-750 tons of material will be removed and placed at a contractor determined landfill. In water placement is not an option.
