This is an open market, brand name or equal, simplified acquisition set aside 100% for small business. The Government intends to establish a single award, blanket purchase agreement (BPA), based upon a best value determination. The FBI anticipates delivery orders to be issued for LED light fixtures, modular wiring, lighting controls components, and other associated materials for a period of up to 12 months after the establishment of the BPA. No single delivery order will exceed the simplified acquisition threshold of $250,000. This project will incrementally upgrade lighting on the FBI CJIS Division Campus in Clarksburg, West Virginia.
