1. This is a request for a non-personal service blanket purchase agreement (BPA) to provide services at the Special Victims Capabilities Division, United States Army Military Police School. The Contractor will provide academic lecture pertaining to human trafficking for the purpose of sexual exploitation as a growing global, national, and military problem.
