The U.S. Embassy in Brasília has a requirement to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the acquisition of construction materials and supplies to support facility repair and maintenance operations. Please note that a BPA is not a contract, but an agreement that establishes terms and conditions applicable to future orders.
