Boulder Ground Innovation Facility (BGIF) Operations Support Services (BOSS) Industry Day

This announcement addresses questions and answers originating from the BOSS Industry Day held at BGIF on February 19-20, 2025.  A document containing consolidated questions from industry and government responses is attached.

The government will be pursuing a Fair Opportunity acquisition strategy for BOSS under GSA OASIS+ Small Business Research and Development Domain under NAICS 541715. We thank all participants for their engagement and feedback, which informed this decision.

The government plans to release the Draft Fair Opportunity Proposal Request (FOPR) on 7 May 2025 and the Final FOPR on 9 June 2025.
