Description of the work to be accomplished: The project involves Upgrade of Chancery Boiler - Add magnetic separator, repair floor trip hazards and replace hot water manifold. The Government intends to award the contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptqable offeror who is a responsible contractor.
