PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineer (USACE), Philadelphia District (NAP) anticipates a requirement for a firm fixed-price service contract for portable toilets at the Blue Marsh Lake. The Blue Marsh Lake project, located in Berks County Pennsylvania is operated and maintained by the US Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia District.
