The Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) Service Contracting Department, Portsmouth, VA 23709-5000, intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for Service rental of two (2) Blolite Equipment Units that will be used to blow fiber throughout naval vessels in accordance with the enclosed Combined Synopsis Solicitation. This acquisition will be awarded on a sole source basis to Prysmian Cables And Systems USA, LLC utilizing Product Service Code (PSC) W060, Lease or Rental of Equipment: Fiber Optics Materials, Components, Assemblies, and Accessories.  The North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code applicable to this procurement is 532490, Other Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Rental and leasing Industry. The small business size standard is 40,000,000.
